TALL GRASS CINNAMON BUNS
Without a doubt, our legendary cinnamon buns generate more attention than everything else combined on some days! Who can resist the compelling aroma of an enormous slab of fresh whole wheat cinnamon buns wafting across our bakeries? Staff carve great blocks of them, often by the dozen.
Spelt was introduced at the Tall Grass bakeries in 2004. This ancient grain is used in our delicious Spelt bread, Spelt sourdough bread, pita pockets and Three seed Spelt crackers. We also bake a variety of yummy sweets including Spelt fruit squares and Spelt date squares, Morning Glory muffins and Spelt ginger snap cookies. In addition to its great taste, Spelt has a low glycemic index, is easy to digest, and is often tolerated
by people with gluten sensitivity.

Made from an adventurous combination of seeds and chocolate chips, these delicious favourites were made famous at the Winnipeg Folk Festival. They are available year-around at our bakeries.
